Anyone got it yet?

Am Arsenal at the moment. Finding tactics difficult. Kepp drawing and having goals disallowed.

Signed my two favourtie players at the moment though, Podolski and Lahm. Mmm, good team.

Erm, FM doesn't need a graphics card. It's just spreadsheets.

If you look on the back of the box for system requirements it doesn't need a gfx card.

The one thing however that might be a pain in the arse is the speed of it. If you're laptop is really that old, it's gonna go slooowww.

an inverter T ... with pennant or yossi on the right... and babel on the left ( with the curved arrow going towards goal )

so far thats the only formation that i found to work for the team.

Crouch(CF)

kuyt(ST)

Gerrard(AM)

babel (LW) Xabi Alonso(CM) Benayoun(RW)

Riise Agger Carragher Finnan

something like this

Yeah, i quit the game 3 times, now i'm doing ok. Had a shaky start to the season with all the drawing but i'm 3rd currently.

Best formation away i find is:

Forward

ML MC MC MR

DM

DL DC DC DR

GK

Keep attacking, but sit deep and have it on counter-attack. Has been ok for me.

Also, create your own training scheduels. Seems to help rather than lumping em all in general.

ive created a training schedule for EACH PLAYER... each one has his own schedule.

but they still manage to fuck up in some games

i need to sell crouch.. he's such a turd

i tried encouraging him.... dissing him... everything

nothing seems to work

lol

cumon.. it cant be that realistic

theres a "code" or an ideal WAY of doing things in the game

each team needs to be run in a certain manner to get the best results.

i simply dont know what to do...... and have come to the conclusion that its all RANDOMIZED.

the more expensive the players.. the better chances you'll have of them scoring

by the way...

do u get ur first team players to TRAIN any reserve players?

whats with the idolizing and training with?

ive used the older players (namely hyypia) to train young defenders.

but i could do the same with every one of my first team players.... should i?

or would that suck some of their conditioning/fitness

oh god, i haven't fucked around with that. Normally i don't like to fiddle with training too much, partly because i don't really know what i'm doing. I just create groups for defenders, midfielders and strikers and leave it at that.

OK so my story Smile I started playing with Wolves but then i fucked up my save so I took Manchester city i bought Andrey Arshavin, Makelele, Dzsudzsak and Atouba. I bought Makelele as reserve Dm but he played very good so I made him a regular and vice captain of mancs. Dzudzsak - superb player he's a gem!! So i have spent to seasons with Manchester City [ 1st season i finished 4th and the second i finshed 3rd] then I moved to Viola I played 1 season with Viola finished 3rd in Serie A and I have won the UEFA cup Smile

Liverpool managers, use this formation its class;

-------------ST-------
LAM---AM/CF-----RAM
------DM----CM------
LB---LCB----RCB---RB
--------gk------------

for the AM/CF have arrow pointing foward.

I your playing quick players up top, changing passing style to DIRECT.

=====

All Managers, class signings on the cheap,
Mario Brkljaca from Zagreb, atained for around 500k. (21 promising CM, played 5 games for ma Barca team 2 goals 3 assists)
Ante Rukavina, 1.5M Hajduk, scored 10 in 15 games for ma Barca team playing in the AM/CF position in the formation above, with 6-7 assists.)
Luka Modric is available for around 2.5M.

Also if you are LFC manager, a good RB signing is 20/21 yo Antonio Barragan from Depor, he has a clause to return to LFC for likr 425K
