Well, i was thinking it would be an embarassing draw but we came out ok. Thing that gets me though is that we played exactly the same way/tactics as against Germany.

Well, i'm half Polish so at least i'll have Poland to support in Euro '08...but that won't last past the group stage so i'll probably not end up following the tournament much.

they wernt good enough to qualify and thats the truth. I hope its an eye opener for the FA because to improve the team they chose a person who was part of the problem, not its solution; macfool wasnt worthy of the job from the start. but to be honest with you, the sheer amount of money these players get paid, and the hype english players receive from the media means 1) players arent hungry and 2) the hype is getting to them.

if you're not good enough, you dont deserve to be in the tournament. and miracles dont always happen, israel wont beat russia.

i really hope this forces a change in the system and by that i mean the philosophy of English football which forces skillfull players out the academies in favour of those who only know how to play long balls.
