Top Clean Sheets standings (as of today)

1. Reina - 17 Clean Sheets
2. James - 16 Clean Sheets
3. Cech - 14 Clean Sheets
=. Van Der Sar - 14 Clean Sheets
=. Howard - 14 Clean Sheets
6. Kirkland - 12 Clean Sheets
7. Almunia - 11 Clean Sheets

With
just 1 game left for each keeper, it means that David James is the only
one that can even equal the 17 clean sheets that Pepe has kept, but I'm
pretty sure that he is injured and won't play until the Cup Final for
Pompey. This means that Pepe will finish the season with the most clean
sheets for the 3rd year running, even if he fails to keep a clean sheet
at White Hart Lane on Sunday, and if i'm not mistaken the keeper with
the most clean sheets wins the Barclays Golden Gloves award. If so,
then well done Pepe
3rd year in a row... now thats an achievement.

Pepe Reina is on target to win the Barclays Golden Glove Award for the third successive season.

The Spanish goalkeeper kept his 17th clean sheet of the campaign
against Man City on Sunday, one more than Portsmouth stopper David
James.

Another shut-out at White Hart Lane next weekend would see Reina win the award outright.
