Barcelona's maybe got the most talented team in Europe, yet they're in danger of falling into third place.
Real look unbeatable some days, downright foolish on other
Villareal, Athletico, Sevilla have talented groups, but they seem to lose easy games.
It's like nobody really wants to win.
Are the big teams simply psycho, or is it that the middle and bottom teams in la Liga are much stronger that their Italian and English counterparts?

you could also say that the italian and english "top clubs" are much stronger than the lesser counterparts.. which could explain why real couldnt beat roma in both legs..

Well, I'd say that player for player Real, and especially Barca, are a match for almost anyone, but both definitely have a consistency problem.
I think that Real is still better than Roma, though not by much; Roma's much better than it was in the last 2-3 years
That said, I have to agree with everyone that England's big teams look better than the Italy's and Spain at this point.

This race is getting funnier by the minute. After Pepe's own goal allows Real to extend their winless streak agains Depor, Barcelona have the grace to tie against Almeira!
I say it again, it's like nobody wants to win that title.

good article.. while is dont really agree with some of the shit he tries to pull off.. torres isnt a better player because the epl defenders "dont know how to read him" ... he's better because he has quality players backing him up .. he doesnt have to assist himself all the time if you catch my drift, the way he used to do with madrid.

Well, Torres is a perfect fit for both Livo and the EPL. You have to admit that other than the top teams, some of the defenders in the EPL leave a lot to be desired.
A few years ago, somebody said that one of the reasons that the EPL was so entertaining was because the defending was so bad. At that time it was probably right. Since then the defending has dramatically improved, but in the bottom teams it is still horrible at times....
That said, it's unfair to put Torres' great performance this year only on the weakness of the EPL's defenders which is more and more of a legend. Torres is a great player, period.

i think the main question is... will we end up with an all EPL final.. is it the first of many?
I can only see the EPL getting better and better... more and more money for alique to spend on hair sprays

UEFA should start a "garbage league" or a "grave diggers league" where last place teams would play against each other
Derby against Levante
Birmingham against Reggina
Murcia against Empoli
